public class ModelRegistrar

Coordinates available models with NEBA's internal ModelRegistry and the resource to model adapter factory provided by NEBA.

Specifically, this service tracks all resource model factory services and registers or unregisters their models using the ModelRegistry. Subsequently, it refreshes the resource to model adapter factory to reflect the changes.
